The Napa
The Napa is a 2-bedroom/2-bath home design. This model offers privacy to both suites by separating the two bedrooms with the great room in between. This keeps the rooms connected giving a more spacious and open feeling. The double sliding glass doors in the great room open up onto the lanai creating a great entertaining atmosphere.

Santa Cruz
The Santa Cruz is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home design. When entering this model the kitchen is to the right. When in the kitchen there is a bar ledge that opens up the kitchen into the great room. Our monthly Hold ‘Em games are back for the fall! They are held the first Thursday of every month. Everyone with prior poker experience is invited. The buy-in is $25. Good Luck to all.!
Water Aerobics Every Saturday 9am
BellaTrae Pool
Water aerobics are great exercises for all! Everyone invited! You don’t have to go every week or have done water aerobics before. The classes are for every skill level. The class lasts approx. 1 hour. Classes are $6 for drop ins or $40 for an 8 class punch card.
