New park impact fees
The Kissimmee Commission approved an increase to the city’s parks and recreation impact fees Tuesday, but allowed a six-month delay before the increase starts in hopes of stimulating new construction.

The new ordinance will charge $1,200 for new single-family homes, $985 for new multi-family units and $867 for mobile homes. The previous fee of $300 per residential unit had not changed since commissioners enacted it 20 years ago.
