What's happening in Central Florida Real Estate? We are currently in an aggressive buyer's market with plenty of inventory to choose from. It is in my opinion that this is absolutely one of the best times to buy a home in Central Florida.

The interest rates are good, plenty of choices, plenty of incentives, mixed with a good local economy make it a prime time to buy. We are also seeing the builder's drop their current pricing to attract buyers and with an aggressive Realtor you can get even better pricing. Selling a home in this market requires patience and aggressive pricing and terms.
