The Cove at Seven Eagles brings island flavor to the Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion at Ginn Reunion® Resort.  Our Caribbean inspired menu and refreshing smoothies will soothe even the most particular poolside appetite.

SEVEN EAGLES

The Seven Eagles neighborhood is located near the center of the east side of the resort and offers one-bedroom villas and three-bedroom townhouses. There is a beautifully landscaped area known as Linear Park running down the middle of Seven Eagles. At one end of Linear Park you will find the Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion with large infinity pool, two Jacuzzis, a cardio-fitness center, game rooms and a bar and grille. At the opposite end of Linear Park you will find the golf clubhouse with full service restaurant and lounge, reception area and golf shop.

The three-bedroom townhouses have the same design as the one-bedroom villas but also have a lower level with two additional bedrooms, each with private bath.

HERITAGE CROSSING

The Heritage Crossing neighborhood is located just inside the security gate off Country Road 532 (Osceola Polk Line Rd.) These beautiful, new condominiums and townhouses each have three bedrooms; however they have “lockoff capabilities”. This feature allows us to sell the villas as either one-bedroom, one-bath villas, two-bedroom, two-bath villas, or as three-bedroom villas. The Heritage Crossing villas offer easy and convenient access to our meeting facilities at the Heritage Reception Center. There are two community swimming pools, each with its own Jacuzzi, conveniently located within walking distance of each villa.

CARRIAGE POINTE

The Carriage Pointe neighborhood is located off Old Lake Wilson Road (Country Road 545) and is the closest neighborhood to the entrance for the Walt Disney World Resort, just five miles away. The three-bedroom two and a half bath town homes at Carriage Pointe have views of the seventeenth hole of Tom Watson’s Independence course or overlook a conservation area where we will soon have walking and biking trails. There is a beautiful neighborhood pool located within walking distance to the villas.

HOMESTEAD
This neighborhood of private homes is surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of Florida and the spectacular Tom Watson Independence course, yet is just a short walk or drive to the main clubhouse and the pool pavilion. One-, two- or three- story private homes within Homestead offer three to eight bedrooms, some with either sweeping golf course views or views of the friendly neighborhood streetscape. The Homestead development is designed for friendly neighborhood living with the upscale ambiance of smalltown America, offering homes with details such as front porches and private service entrances behind the homes.

LIBERTY BLUFF

This unique neighborhood of private homes offers courtyard-style homes, most of which overlook the beautiful landscaping and sweeping greens of the Arnold Palmer Legacy course. Many of the homes in Liberty Bluff provide two separate structures that make up each individual residence: the main home offering 2-, 3- or 4- bedrooms with multiple bathrooms, living/dining area, full kitchen and private patio area; and a separate carriage house offering enclosed garage with private apartment above with living area, private bedroom and en-suite bath. Between the two lies a private walled courtyard sun-deck area, many of which have either private swimming pool, outdoor spa, summer kitchen, putting green or sometimes all of the above!

PATRIOT'S LANDING

The first neighborhood you will see as you enter the resort, Patriot's Landing offers Key West-style two-story luxury homes with pastel color schemes. This very distinctive neighborhood is surrounded on three sides by natural conservation areas and the fourth overlooks the natural landscaping of the Arnold Palmer golf course. There is also a lake in the center of the neighborhood so homes are offered with a variety of different views. Some of the homes here are also courtyard-style with separate suites offered in some cases above the garage.  

Reunion currently offers a spectacular pair of Signature golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. Palmer’s Legacy course features a parkland ambience of gently rolling fairways, while Watson’s Independence course evokes more of a links-type experience. Players of all levels will find the Jack Nicklaus-designed Tradition course (opening 2006) to be both challenging and playable. No matter how you slice it, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for golfers to experience the vision of three true masters of the game.

The Legacy
The Legacy by Arnold Palmer is as beautiful as it is challenging. This 18-hole course wanders through an inspiring landscape including natural preserve areas of woods, water, oak and palm trees.
